Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original payment method.

Return Policy

Our return window lasts 30 days. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders more than 30 days after purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, kept in the same condition as received and returned with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items (Additional Notes):

You need to provide an order receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged, deteriorated or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email notification informing you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Funds will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account within several business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take time for refunds to be officially posted. Then reach out to your bank; refund processing always requires a certain period of time.

Exchanges

If you need to return items, please email us first at jihukeji22@jihutec.com to communicate. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
